Owner incredibly helpful and pleasant - helped us out with selecting cigars to pair with whisky ( that we already owned). Didnt feel like he was trying hard to make a sale and he was very knowledgeable, giving us plenty of background info to make a choice. Would buy from here again.

Went to collect a parcel, was asked for release code which I had not received, as looking through messages, shop keeper sat on his stool, arms crossed with a smirk. Small thing but poor customer care plus limited stock all available at lower prices via internet, guess where I'll shop in future...
