If I have any gripes, it's ventilation and location.
For ventilation, any sport or intensely physical activity and it does tend to get very close in there very quickly, even with the air con turned on.
For location, it is down a very tight lane. From one direction, this is barely more than a twisting woodland track that often has branches down and scant little room for two cars to pass. From the high street direction, the road is just as narrow, but with residents parked in the road, cars jutting out from their driveways where they have them, etc.
