K2 Flooring

We did the whole house and it was expensive but we were living overseas at the time and the house was rented. 5 years later the carpet is still malting. Its supposed to be pure wool, so Im sure Ive been given a poor quality one. Also installation was horrendous and they put a join in the middle of a landing, trying to save their costs by getting a carpet piece that wasnt wide enough. Luckily I came to check the job before paying and noticed it whilst vacuuming. They didnt clean up after themselves either, and charged me a fortune to take away the off cuts. The vinyl they put in the bathrooms was installed in different directions despite me being clear about what I wanted. I had to withhold some of the payment as they resisted putting things right for me too. It looks terrible now and has pulled away from the edges and the glue is coming off. It needs replacing even in low traffic bathrooms. Not recommend.

Very nice manager called Nick. The shop is locate in West Malling. Lots of choices of flooring would definitely recommend
