Lulworth House

I've lost count of the number of times I've stayed at John and Carole's Lulworth House B&B. However, each trip is like the first; I'm full of joy from the monent I arrive to when I leave. They are perfect hosts, with the most beautiful and comfortable rooms and a Mediterranean-like garden view to wake up to every morning. My next visit in July 2022 cannot come around quick enough.

My girlfriend and I had a marvellous stay at the Lulworth House Garden Suite - a much needed reprieve post-lockdown! John & Carole were perfect hosts, offering much in the way of local knowledge, and providing for every amenity. The pictures hardly do the garden justice in terms of how beautifully curated it is. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, with clear and effective measures for managing the safety of guests in light of the current COVID-19 pandemic. Altogether, this holiday offered the perfect escape during trying times. We could not recommend this highly enough, and would be more than happy to stay again on another visit to Dorset. Thank you again John & Carole for a wonderful stay!

We have just returned from a wonderful 4 nights away staying at the Lulworth House B&B in the Garden Suite. The en-suite room is lovely, modern & has all that you need for a very comfortable stay. All was well planned for the Covid-19 restrictions, with our own entrance to the suite via the garden. There was a fridge in the room & breakfast was well organised, with menu choice completed the night before and our selections delivered to the room when we were out in the evening. We could then have breakfast at our leisure in the morning, eating at the table in the room, or in the tropical garden - all very relaxing - this may be ideal to continue even when Covid restrictions are further lifted. Carole & John are great hosts & a mind of information with suggestions of places to visit & walks to do. The B&B is in a brilliant location, with a short 10-15 min walk into the Cove. We didn't want to leave at the end of the week & will definitely be back! Thanks again Carole & John for a wonderful stay.
