Man O'War Beach

Amazing beautiful blu beach, great walk to the beach and back up. A VERY big walk down to the beach and back up to the car park. 5 to park for 4 hrs, 10 for the day up to 9pm.

A really lovely landmark for Dorset views, right next to the Durdle Door which is also such a lovely view! It is quite a trek down to the coast, with very steep hills (which Id recommend wearing some walking shoes or having a walking stick in hand). There is a nearby food stall up by the car park however I didnt go to it during my visit. Both Durdle Door & Man OWar beachs are small pebbles and not sand unlike Bournemouth so dont worry about any inconvenient clean ups! Feel free to bring any dogs for the trip as we saw multiple families bringing their pets along. Lovely clear, turquoise water and not too busy (probably because I visited at around 5:30am for a beautiful sun rise ) however its a nice resort if Durdle Door gets too busy during summer!

The much quieter neighbour of Durdle Door. Another Beautiful beach with fewer visitors. Accessible by steps with scenic views of the beach from above.

We visited in February on a bright blue, clear day. It's a fairly significant walk from the parking lot down the hill to the cliff, where you can either enjoy the views from above, or hike further down to the beach. The water was several beautiful shades of blue. It looks well taken care of. Restrooms and a snack van were available near the parking lot.
