Do not take out cover with this company. Non responsive 1 hour and 20 minutes on hold only to be cut off at the end of it. 95 year old lady without hot water this weekend due to their inability to pick up a phone and deliver on the service they should offer. Disgrace.

Shocking company especially emma hunt from so called customer service team no help what so ever basically told me to bleed my radiators myself when i have 3 young children and dont have a clue how to bleed a radiator as im not a engineer i will no longer be using this company and will be spreading the word bad customer service skills terrible artitude not happy!
