        Kate is an amazing yoga teacher with a vast amount of knowledge and experience. She is not just a yoga teacher but also a menopause and yoga for back yoga teacher so if you lucky enough to be able to go to her classes you will be in safe hands

        I can highly recommend yoga with Kate Knowles. She is an excellent teacher who cares that all of her students get the best out of her classes. She is constantly developing her own knowledge around the subject of yoga and shares her experience with gentle humour and inspiration.

        I have attended Kates yoga classes for 6 years now and they are excellent, whether in person or in Zoom. I can highly recommend her Yoga for Healthy Lower Back course - this did more for me than any Drs prescription. The Menopause classes have also been a joy to attend.
