Jim was brilliant today for us. He went out of his way to come when we needed him, turned up when he said he would, he was cheaper than BT, quick, he cleaned up after himself, and was all round a completely amazing find. We found him from a google search and I have to say I was a bit unsure when I booked him but I have to say this guy is brilliant and deserves your business.

Id just like to say what quality service. I called Jim on a Sunday evening and he managed to get out to me Monday morning. He was very polite and managed to do the job no problem. Literally cant thank him enough. Very good price too! Thanks for saving he say Jim. Would highly recommend.

Today was activation day for my move to a new provider for both landline and fibre broadband. I have been very anxious about the whole issue and contacted Jim for advice several weeks ago about which deal to choose and how the whole thing worked. He spent time explaining it all to me, pointed out a few things to be aware of and recommended a server to have a look at. He has since then gone the extra mile to reassure and advise me as activation approached. He answered every text I sent (one even on Sunday evening) and even rang me today to see how it was going with the Openreach engineer. His patience and genuine desire to help has been outstanding and I am immeasurably grateful to have found someone who goes to so much trouble to help and doesn't mind answering a deluge of what must seem to him very mundane questions. He is a gem and I will certainly always use him whenever I have telephone or internet problems. Thank you Jim.
