Best butty shop on the Wirral. There are plenty of places close by to us, but we would rather travel to Hector's as they are by far the best. Amazing choice of fillings, everyone who works there is lovely and so friendly. Highly recommend it

It's OK. The lady serving seems overjoyed when the customer opts for pipers crisps rather than another brand. The salad boxes are something a nan would make in the early 90s. Other than that a decent sarnie

Absolutely the best sandwiches we have tasted, and tremendous value for money. Puts Greggs and all other such shops in the shade. We always pop in after visiting relatives on the Wirral and today bought two blue stilton, apple and walnut sandwiches on thick, very fresh, brown bread to eat on our journey home. The only problem is that you need two hands to eat them as theyre generously loaded with filling:-) I gather they also cater for events. Just as important as the food is the staff, and they have always been delightful. Today we were served by two very pleasant ladies.

I absolutely love this place. Probably the nicest butties I've ever had and the staff are lovely. Recommended 100%.
