September 2018 9k and 5 years savings down the drain! Steer clear, do not use! If I could give a negative star review, it would be minus five stars. After contacting the installer, they never responded to my complaints, or made any effort to correct any of the shoddy workmanship. 4 years after they fitted our bathroom we're having to get it ripped out after multiple issues with leaks under the bath, toilet cistern, floor tiles coming loose, grout falling out everywhere and general poor quality fitting all around(see photos). Update: October 2022 We have now had the old rubbish ripped out, and new fitted by professional installers.

These people did our bathroom 4 years ago. Now we can't use the toilet, bath and just noticed a crack in the shower base so that's on borrowed time too. Leaks everywhere, cracked tiles, grouting steadily disappearing, unlevel shower base, glass surround fitted badly. We now need a new bathroom. Heartbroken having to use hard earned savings to fix this mess.
