Sue at Lakeside Physiotherapy has helped me regain my flexibility and reduced pain in my shoulder and hip flexors. She is really friendly and approachable, genuinely keen to resolve my issues. I highly recommend Lakeside Physiotherapy!

I've had neck and shoulder issues for about 4 years now and had seen various physios who hadn't been able to get to the bottom of the matter. I initially went to see Sue for a hamstring injury but I happened to mention my neck and shoulder issues and Sue offered to try and help me with it. She has managed to help me tremendously in the 3-4 months that I have been going to see her and I am running again without too many issues. She is endlessly patient, working to get to the heart of the issue which, in my case, was poor posture. Sue is a runner and very active herself so her knowledge of sports injuries and her understanding of the desire to stay active is great. I have no hesitation in recommending her to everyone as a very caring and patient physiotherapist.

Absolutely excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had complications after spine surgery in the summer and am now fully recovered thanks in no small part to Sue. I've had bad experiences in the past with physio, but Sue paced my recovery just right. I started to feel a really significant benefit after just a couple of appointments. I can't speak highly enough of her. Mel has also been brilliant developing an ongoing pilates routine for me to help prevent issues in the future.

Was suffering with horrendous neck pain and Sue took the time to support and help me during a tough covid time. After a few sessions my pain has gone and I feel so much better, thanks Sue. A very professional and caring physiotherapist.

Sue is a great physio who takes real care to ensure she really understands the issue and the root cause. She treated a severe case of Plantar fasciitis which had dogged me for weeks, made an almost immediate impact and gave me hope. Thoroughly recommend.
