Having worked as a police woman, my business was reading people, from my first encounter with The chemist was shocking! Blonde ,Sullen, everything was below her, narcisist with attitude. I had just been diagnosed with heart failure, feeling scared and more than a little Shaky, What a madam ! Since September last year, each time I go in to pick up my beta blocka She says No with attitude, come back tomorrow! She is like an angry teenager, getting even with the world!! Some body do something for Gods Sake!

Theres been a big improvement over the last few months thanks to a regular pharmacist returning and some staff changes so credit where credit is due. They were unable to source one of my wifes medications before Christmas but suggested a Pharmacy that would have it in stock even though it was a different company so she got her meds ok. Given the situation with local GP surgeries at present there are always going to be issues but they do their best to resolve and explain whats going on and the actions theyre taking to help.

Just rubbish. Been let down so many times trying to get prescriptions. Been told its in when its not. Takes ages to get the meds I rely on. I cant imagine how older people cope with this as their local pharmacy. So many bad reviews and no responses. Something needs to change when a crucial public service operates through such a poor local outlet.
