        Phoned this morning checking on possible outstanding prescription. Very polite, patient and efficient service.

        The staff dont listen to you when you are talking to them. Ask the same question over and over again and then are told that they cant help you after. You go to the Asda pharmacy and I got the help that I needed would avoid at all cost if you need help

        Slow Staff don't update the printouts when busy I'm still waiting 2 hours after it was sent. My prescription. Urgently for a anxiety attack due to PTSD I've still not got it all their numbers are engaged and my mum n I are still waiting now outside while I have flashbacks and increasing anxiety Staff don't get prescriptions ready The phone number is wrong u get Morrisons who've not answered 4 1hr It's really upsetting and stressfull I'm still 2aiting
