I am utterley amazed how someone can decide on 1 phone call the knowledge and capabilities of a dog trainer. I have been to this trainer with 2 dogs over a period of 20 years and have been utterley amazed how someone can achieve so much in a short space of time. Also both my dogs enjoyed going there. I am just thankful that he is still training after 50 years so I can take my new dog to be trained there with confidence.

Saw this man today with my 8 month staff cross pup who is a rescue and we think has been abused after a phone call of talking to him about my dog and the fact she was wary of strangers and barked. He agreed he could work with and arranged to see us that weekend. When we arrived we spent less than 5 minutes there (not even making it to the field/place where he trains) to be told he wont work with us because of her issues and that she would be placed on a dangerous dogs act list! a 8 month old pup who had a terrible start in life is able to live happily in a family home along with 3 other dogs. This man clearly has no clue unless its your average sit, wait and recall I wouldn't advise anyone to take there dog there very disappointed in the outcome and the lack of experience he has

I rang this guy to ask about my little Lhasa apso snapping, he was very rude and told me he wouldn't even touch my dog. For a dog trainer he didn't seem to know what he was talking about!

I have been training dogs for fifty years and in my experience you can never trust a dog that snaps at family members as you can't change the nature of the dog. I wouldn't have a problem training these dogs in basic obedience but I wouldn't touch a dog that snaps at children as it could never be trusted. if Steph Kay finds this offensive I am sure there is someone out there who is willing to take her money.
