I contacted D&M Motors as I thought I had a wheel bearing problem. They ordered one in for me for next day and got me to bring the car in next day. They checked it and found it wasn't a wheel bearing problem just wheel balancing, fixed it and charged me nothing - many thanks. Very honest and reliable people.

Took my car to D & M Motors for its annual MOT. It failed on one thing but it was sorted in a few days as a part had to be ordered. Friendly service.

Very disappointing. I have been trying to use small independent garages etc rather than the usual Halfords so I took my car in for wheel alignment. When I took it home it was worse than when I took it in so I spoke to them and they said return it a week later. Dropped it off today and 2.5 hours later I decided to check where we were up to. They didn't know I'd dropped it off, even though they returned my keys to me! No apology, nothing. Because I had nothing better to do on a Friday afternoon...
