        A brilliant local shop, the staff are always very helpful and friendly. They had everything I needed for a special occasion, balloons, cards, banners. If they don't have it they'll get it for you. So good to have good quality service, a rare find these days. Well done Cards and Party. Pol.

        I practically tried everywhere in wirral for engagement balloons and couldn't get them by chance I found this shop. It was open Sunday, staff very helpful staff and great selection of stock at very reasonable prices. We'll worth a visit, would highly recommend.

        Terrible customer service. Spent nearly 40 on balloons one of the number balloons popped just after we put it in the car. It had split on one of the seams we called the shop the snotty lady asked us to return it so we did only to be told it was our fault and said we had to pay in full again her attitude was disgusting so I went to a great shop in Moreton even he agreed if it goes on the seam it means its faulty. Save time and money and stay away from this over priced shop with rude staff
