Terrible service - waited weeks for order and was only sent when I chased. Then the wrong thing arrived. Rude emails when I got in touch to request a refund. Would not use again.

This shop has been here since I was a little girl always walked past and said I will be buying my own pram from there one day now 31, and done exactly that, it is so hard to find shops to trust with your cash after finding my pram but then out of stock Ian was ringing around everywhere to find it for days but found one the same name but different colour, and I am so glad I changed it because it is so much better than the first one, no job is ever to much for them they help with your budget and style of pram that you want, they kept me in the loop for delivering they are absolutely amazing, and there shop is beautiful it won't be my last time shopping there I have lots in mind thank you to all the staff keep up the good work

STAY AWAY from this website- I've ordered a toy for my little boy, they don't even have the toy available, which I found out after emails and calls to their customer service. Every time I spoke with someone they keep saying "we might receive your item in our next delivery". After I realised I'm not getting anything, I requested a refund which they first accepted and today 5th day after I opened the case they CANCELLED without an explanation. The same thing happened to my friend also buying at the same time from them and she is still waiting for her money back. AWFUL stealing little children's money.

This shop was the saint of shops .Whilst browsing the internet for a large amount (30) of an item thats been out of stock and general circulation for a few years namely Charlie Bears Baby Boutique Animals ,I found this store I placed my orders .The very nice gentleman called Ian got back to me and advised me he did not have the amount I had ordered .However he searched the warehouse and low and behold he found what I was looking for.Several phone calls and E Mails later my order for 30 mixed Baby boutique charlie bears will be arriving on my doorstep in the very near future .To say I am over the moon is a vast understatement,Im am thrilled and overwhelmed by their customer service.Needless to say anything I am looking for in the future I will go directly to Babylicious .
