These are not the cheapest decorators in the Wirral but they are 100% worth paying for. It is rare to find someone who runs a business who turns up exactly when they say they're going to, but Richie was amazing, coming round to the house on the dot at the time he said he would, giving us an honest estimate of how much it would cost and when his team would be able to come. We had to wait to get all the work done but he told us from the start what the timescale would be so we knew exactly where we were. The boys are pleasant to have around and clean up really well at the end of each day which is a real bonus. Any tiny details we weren't happy with were rectified and Richie kept a close eye on the work as it progressed. He was very patient with last minute mind changing about colours . We had the entire interior of our house decorated and the finished job is really lovely. Also (amazing) it was completed more quickly than estimated. A big shout out to Kev, Jase and Charlie. Very poor. Provided a quote then attempted to charge twice for materials. Constant struggle to get them to do what they agreed to do initially. Painted a Victorian house but put someone on the job whod only ever painted new build properties. We chose this firm because, although expensive, we were promised a finish of high quality. This has not materialised. Their cutting in is worse than mine and has left a wavy line around the door frames. If you have a high value property I would avoid as they will find a reason to inflate their already high price on the assumption that you can afford to pay. When challenged they become very aggressive and threatened to be long gone if I tried to pursue them through the courts. Employ them if you want but dont be surprised if you get ripped off. I can only assume the positive reviews are friends and family because since I asked them to leave the property I have found that over charging seems to be their modus operandi.
