I visited your coffee shop last week which I have on a number of occasions. The attitude of some of your members of staff is terrible, they not only were rude to me ( the girl with the green hair!) but my husband noticed the way she spoke to other customers. I suggest you have a serious word with her before you lose more customers. Im afraid I will not be returning.
