Basement flat. Tiny cramped claustrophobic and very very hot. No air. Windows open four inches into the pavement. People kick them shut, that is if you can reach them. Never got any sleep both nights. Owner asked to give favourable review on booking.com for a refund after complaint. So I did then cut me off completely and never issued the refund. I cannot now edit the review and so I am warning people from here not to book these appartments. Not unless you like no sleep and being uncomfortabley hot.

My husband and I stayed in an apartment at Concorde House. The apartment was comfortable but incredibly hot. There were fans supplied. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom room good. Kitchen was poorly equipped but just about sufficient for making toast for breakfast. Security was good and location is excellent. Unfortunately we left a couple of waterproof jackets behindand this is where it all went downhill. Despite numerous attempts to engage with Alex Finn, it has proved impossible to get a response. We didnt expect the return to be at his expense and bank transfer was offered to cover costs. We stayed at end of August and are still trying to get a response. Pretty poor service for a business that charges a fair amount for the property. Cant recommend purely as a result of the shocking post stay customer service. Frankly at a loss as to the lack of communication post stay as it was daily texts to see if all was ok while we were at the apartment.
