I lay myself open with these heartfelt words and one belief somebody told me I CAN . This is my belief. I was experiencing excruciating pain, physically and emotionally. This was to live or not to live and I believed that. The NHS could not accommodate me right there right then. My internet search led me to making a call to Sam who called me back the same day. I knew when I spoke to Sam and read her what Id written in desperation this woman was on my side. We made an appointment for the next day, I weakly walked through her door muttering Im scared and I was. I was crumbling inside and I didnt feel human. That day Sam of Mindworks gave me everything to live for. Over the coming weeks my appointments couldnt come round quick enough. After our first appointment I learned to say I CAN I knew then I was facing recovery. Sam gave me everything to hold on for. She gave me the tools to equip myself with and take one step after another. When putting our plan into action I envisaged Sams voice in my head, she was kind and encouraging. Im leaving a bit more time between appointments now, Im not sure when I will feel complete but its close. Ive found my newly found beliefs Sam has been with me 100%, I now find myself saying and believing I CAN and I WILL . I now embark on my forward moving journey if I wobble Sam gives me her all with professional confidence. Behind my every step is Sam. Thank you Sam, thank you for saving me. Judy Bowker
