First time at BM Wirral, my mini cooper had a check engine light come on along with the driver train error message. Anton got me booked in ASAP, they were able to diagnose the problem and have the parts fitted the next day. The service, communication and just general kindness was amazing. Best experience I have had from a garage. Thank you to Anton and everyone who worked on my car to get it back to performing as it used to. Also didn't cost me the earth which is a massive bonus! Very happy customer, I will definitely be back.

Recently called them to book a service, all work carried out with a detailed explanation what was done even updated my idrive and a heads up about a component showing minor wear, will be returning

Have used BM Wirral plenty of times and are always honest, and give great advice. Most recently they took my car in when I had a bad experience at another garage and gave me a genuine honest diagnosis of the problem and how it occurred. Unfortunately its financially unviable to fix as the car needs a new engine. But Chris and Anton helped me organise the collection of my ca to and from them and where understanding when due to my work schedule I couldnt get the car of their site as quick as I should have.
