We ordered two fitted wardrobes from Rowe Fitted Interiors. The wardrobes are fine, but for over 6000 we expected far better customer service than we received. The wardrobes were left dirty when complete and we had to remove the drawers and clean dust and sawdust before we could put our clothes in. We had to wait a fortnight for the last few bits to be done as the fitter went on holiday and the owner wouldnt do it himself. *EDIT following the reponse below - to be clear, we were away for 3 days of that 2 week period. There was plenty of opportunity for the work to be completed (a 10 minute job) before it was. We asked for bespoke adjustments to the standard plan but these werent communicated to the fitter so we ended up with holes drilled in the wrong place, which were covered with really naff wood effect stickers. I communicated all this feedback to the owner, but he didnt reply to me. He had my 6k by then so I suppose he didnt feel the need. We wouldn't use them again.

You can get similar products elsewhere but you wont get the quality. I am extremely happy with my fitted wardrobes & ensuite, so much so that I am in the process of having my kitchen done. Stephen Rowe & his team are very professional & I would highly recommend them.

I would 100% recommend Steve and his team , we recently had fitted wardrobes and a bespoke under stairs storage the results are fantastic, always clear with timings , use high quality products and perfectionists with the finish . We are Very Happy , will no doubt be back for a kitchen

From start to finish the whole experience has been seamless - all tradesmen where polite and professional at all times - Steve was always on hand to deal with any problems - we now have a kitchen which we could have only ever of dreamed of - pure luxury and exceptional craftsmanship
