Julie could see I was not happy with it at the end
Upon emailing how unhappy I was, and asking for a refund, I was told I would not be given a refund and my email address blocked
My haircut has very much affected my confidence
It is a huge part of how someone looks
Julie's customer service is a disgrace
I would not give this 1 star but could not post without giving 1

I have only ever been to one hairdresser in West Kirby for the last FEW YEARS and have a good relationship with them - so Julie is also a LIAR
I would post a picture of the mess that is my hair but I am too mortified
It's spiky at the sides and won't even straighten
I did NOT ask for a "rock chic look" (her words)
The tip was given from politeness
I actually said at the end, I don't like the sides or fringe
A hairdresser saw my hair 2 days later and was not impressed Service: Hairstyling
