Booked on a recommendation, had a standard hair cut and gel maincure. First of all, the actual salon was lovely, staff friendly and a lovely cup of coffee with a small piece of cake on the side. Sadly, the haircut wasn't quite what I asked for and I didn't really get a chance to say anything until it was completely dry which is awkward for changing much, and I have also noticed that there are a number of parts that have not been trimmed - noticable when hair is up in a ponytail specifically. I have therefore had to trim these myself. The gel manicure was also really disappointing - poor finish on a number of nails (lines where brush from polish hasn't been smoothed over, one nail has a lump underneath a layer of polish) and were coming away at the edges after only a week. Overall a really nice place and atmosphere but just didn't get on with results unfortunately. Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Blowdry

Great haircut from Adam and Best Backwash ever, its like a bed so comfy. Lovely coffee and delightful bite size traybake to go with it. X
