So pleased to be having hair done by Jack again, the comments from friends on how much better my hair looks, both condition and styling after 1 appointment has been amazing. Phase One easy to get to, and parking is a great bonus. Made to feel so welcome, already booked next appointment - called today, and the service again was exceptional, going that little bit further to wish a good weekend makes all the difference. Nothing but wonderful! From the owner who booked me in when I called to all the staff this salon is up there with the best. I'm a stylist myself and the staff know their craft and you can tell they are passionate about it. Lovely vibes! I have been twice to Phase one recently both times were great. The first time they fitted me in for a hydration treatment last minute as I really needed it! The second was for a root bleach, colour and cut with Lucy. My hair looked incredible and I had lots of compliments. It's honestly the best condition it's been in in a while. I was changing from a pink/rose gold colour to platinum and the tone achieved with original hair banding was beautiful. Have booked in for the new year. Reasonable prices and fun atmosphere.
