Absolutely lovely place, lady that greeted us was very nice. We were here for the Liverpool Comicon so didn't stay here except to sleep so can't comment too much other then to say I'd have no issue staying again. The room had TV with netflix et al, a fridge, plenty of tea and coffee - and chocolates ... There are no parking issues as long as the street is ok for you- it's a nice neighbourhood so wouldn't forsee any issues.
