Milo's

Our family was slightly disappointed with our whole experience, the milkshakes were ok but not much flavour to them. However my mum had their gelato which had ice bits and weird chewy bits in it (It was a coffee ice cream so not meant to be like that at all). We ordered and was asked at-least 3/4 times what we ordered by the same person. Overall the staff were nice but were all kind of just hanging out in the back of the shop not doing much. We were a little disappointed and wouldnt recommend it.

Poped in for late lunch and ordered 23. 50 worth of food, from the moment we walked in and sat down alls we could hear was complaining and shouting from the boss, me and my granddaughter felt very nervous as he was passing up and down past our table (very unsettling)really felt for the female staff having to listen to his abuse, they all looked very nervous and unhappy in their job but, I can't blame them, even though they were very polite and lovley, literally left all my food and walked out with my shake and he said he has respect for his staff lol ,he certainly had none for the customer's .Very unprofessional indeed .Just a follow up on your answer to my review, I am certainly not being called a liar,,you was shouting and overly repeating yourself 5 times you said to your female staff don't forget to take the stuff out to defrost ,plus you brought one small box through the front of the shop ,but at the end of the day thats what the back entrance is for and to talk to your staff ,.I worked as a waitress down Banks Rd for many years and all our supply's where taken through the back entrance, Anyway your just trying to justify your temper and turning it around ,you where rude to your staff ,and we we're the only costumers left in the place ,yes you apologised because I couldn't sit in there another minute longer ,so I'd appreciate that you own your lack of concern for both your staff and especially your customers at the end of the day we are the people keeping your company in business, shame on you for turning around on me ,it's funny that no one else had your views or excuses how very narcissistic of you .

Welcoming and friendly staff. Excellent choice of ice cream flavours. Tasty coffee and great atmosphere.

Really, really nice food. Homemade 1/2 pound burgers, nice hotdog's and loads of different flavoured ice creams. If your going to West Kirby and like this kind of food it's well worth a visit and really good prices for what you get.
