What a place! I've lived all my life in Meols and Hoylake and never been to this place until now. Fantastic views across the Royal Liverpool Golf Course and lovely well mannered staff. I've only been for a kids party so I can't speak for all their services but the place was clean, the beer was well maintained and the seats were comfortable. Check it out if you're looking for a venue.

The Grange Club, staffed entirely by volunteers, is sadly a grossly underused social club, which is a terrible shame as it has much to offer. A warm welcome awaits visitors, & as it's situated next door to the Royal Liverpool Golf Club stunning views can be enjoyed from the club's rear windows across the course's first fairway & onwards towards the river Dee & North Wales in the distance. The club offers a function room which can be hired at a very reasonable cost for special events such as christenings & wedding receptions, together with a beautiful interior including many items recovered from ships, as its original owner ran a shipping company. There are two curved interior doors reputed to have come from the Mauretania. Also, there are two full sized snooker tables available for members to enjoy. All in all, well worth a visit if you're in the area, & if you're local worth considering joining, with membership only 25 per year.
