I went for coffee and cake on Sunday very disappointed as the staff were extremely rude .. coffee was cold and when asked for it to be warmed was met with a very frosty attitude from the staff .. I also ordered a lemon muffin and staff brought over salted caramel as they had ran out of lemon and when I said I didnt like salted caramel we again got another frosty look from staff when am sure if they dont have what you ordered you should be offered an alternative not just given what they decide .. it was also very cold in the coffee shop and also other customers had said the same .. as they had the door open so I closed it and they got angry with me saying the man in the back who washes the dishes is too hot .. as there are plenty of other nice coffee shops in West Kirby I will go to them in future where I will be greeted with staff with better customer service
