Nice efficient service, friendly company. Quality of survey of paper good.

Following the purchase of an investment property, Frobishers have refused to remove their sales board (at high level, thus out of safe reach) after 22 MONTHS , despite repeated phone calls and letters, with their receptionist responding in a most dismissive manner. I am left with no other choice but to lodge a complaint with the RICS and any other relevant statutory or other organisation in response to this most unprofessional behaviour.

Excellent and efficient, professional service. Phil Jacob and Alison Platt handled the enquiry and subsequent valuation in a professional and friendly manner, would definitely recommend.

I found the team highly professional and extremely helpful. I had many properties surveyed in the past . However, Phil has provided an extremely helpful and detail survey with various pictures. He also has the time to discuss with me over the phone. Cant thank him enough
