This shop is lovely, I was listened to for what I was thinking for but also added suggestions for different styles. Lots of choice & while I didn't find my dress there, there was one which was very close. Highly recommend all brides to pay a visit.

Was so excited to arrive at this shop knowing they had provided dresses for friends weddings, when I arrived the ladies were very polite, they told me to pick out any dresses I liked the look of and they took them to the dressing room. The catch was only 2 dresses in the entire shop were big enough for me to fit in. On the high street I am usually a size 16 and I am 6ft which isnt out of the ordinary these days. And even the two I tried on wouldnt button up on me. I was left embarrassed and ashamed that I'd dragged bridemaids and the mothers along to see me wear 1 dress out of the whole shop. Nearly All off the dresses were size 12/14 and under. At one point it was suggested that I hold a dress up against me and go out to my bridal party with my bare body on show, which I refused. Overall completely disappointing first bridal shop experience, I didnt feel special and I felt embarrassed and I went home and sobbed Maybe staff should ask for a womans dress size before booking appointment to avoid disappointment on arrival. The staff were nice but I feel like they were too embarrassed initially to be truthful and tell me there werent dresses in my size. Perfect if your a size 12 and under though. They did invite me back to try on a dress in a bigger size in a few weeks but by this point I felt it wasnt worth my time to return and try on another dress that probably wouldnt fit me. This is what should have been organised before my first appointment. My bridal party were furious. In this day and age youd expect to be able to choose and try on multiple dresses no matter of your size.
