        My son's dentist is wonderful but I find the tone of the mature lady behind the front desk (Shiela?) quite rude and dismissive. Shame really because the dentist herself is fantastic.

        My daughter, who has cerebral palsy, has just started treatment. I cannot praise the staff enough for their professionalism and warmth. My daughter was extremely nervous but Jonty put her at ease immediately. He calmly talked her through what he was doing at each stage, gave her short breaks but kept on task which meant it was over and done with in a timely manner.
