So far we have had an initial 45 min consultation, a measured survey and a 1 hour design consult and have just received our scale drawings so we can start approaching builders for quotes. Catherine listened to our wants and needs and has come up with a design that ticks all the boxes. The whole process has been smooth and enjoyable so far and we look forward to making the designs a reality!

UPDATE: Have now moved house and as promised have asked Catherine to prepare plans for a proposed extension. Very pleased so far with the options she has presented and the online consultation went well, we were able to discuss everything and make amendments to the plans there and then. Emily who came to do the measured survey was lovely and very professional. Catherine came with me to visit a house I was hoping to buy and extend. During the visit Catherine was very helpful in discussing possible layouts that took into account the needs of the family. She also explained about the possible planning/ building regs applications that might have to be made and explained the process that she and her staff would undertake. She also took the time to look around the rest of the property to get a feel for the place. Unfortunately I was not able to buy the property, but should I need to extend or alter the property that I eventually buy, I would not hesitate to use Catherine.
