        I understand the owners pay 250pm for upkeep of grass beds. All I could see was compacted weeds and tall grass in beds. Roads very narrow so there is one way around the site. There is no sign indicating Kaysland Park I had to stop and ask 4 people where the Park was. Not impressed at all.
