After difficult experience with an 'online only' estate agent,who couldn't even get our property onto a website, we turned to Wards to sell my mother's park home. Within days the property photos and paperwork were done and the property posted on the websites. We had regular reports on the inquiries and packs that had been sent out to potential buyers and despite being December and the Christmas period, we had a good offer within weeks. The staff fully supported us throughout the process and guided me through all the steps that I needed to take and kept me informed on progress of the purchase. I would highly recommend.

Can't speak more highly of the West Kingsdown branch. Fantastic service and help from both Dan and David with my Dad's purchase of a park home. Both were very knowledgeable and always happy to help with any questions. Huge thank you to both!

Dan was great! He explained things in detail, listened attentively and my husband and my self felt relaxed in his company. We now exactly what we want to do moving forward, not quite convenient for us at the moment to proceed any further. Nevertheless, we will be keeping in contact with Dan and he will be the one we will looking to sell our house in the near future. Thanks for your advice and support Dan. You are a credit to Wards!
