Terrible customer service. My 9 year old son picked a hat from the shop window that had a price on, that we took to the counter to ask if any more were available for my 6 year old who also wanted one. He asked where I got the hat from, and when told the window he was frustrated and said the he would now have to put it back. So I said sorry was I not supposed to get it from there, to his reply well it was in the window so obviously. Could not believe how rude the guy was, so we promptly left without the purchase. I don't normally leave reviews but this guy was so rude and careless of our custom I had to share.

Terrible service, placed an order on 10th, hadnt received anything and heard nothing by 19th so called and they hadnt even sent it! Even when I told them it was a Birthday present they couldnt care less just said theyd get it out this week and Id probably get it in a few days.

Great customer service. Called up and made some enquiries about some helmets I was interested in trying on. Guys were more than happy to let me come by and test fit some and walked away with a beautiful bell gp3. Highly recommended these guys.
