I have been charged 60 plus vat for no fault diagnostic not been told there was previous fault not the diagnostic report been print out and given to me!! They have also charged me 180 to change the door handle light they said it took them ONE AND HALF HOUR to replace it and they didnt call me to tell me thats how much it will be they have carried on without my agreement and consent which a normal mechanic would call you in advance or email you and make you aware about the cost so this is very dishonest. I have checked my car dash cam they have been using my car driving it! recklessly to pick up staff as I have confronted them but I been told that they Road tested it for wheel alignment which was done 3d by machine. They take advantage of customers and charge you a lot more than Mercedes main dealer. I am taking legal action and raise a complaint with motor ombudsman services and trading standard.

I use njs for both my classic mercedes and modern mercedes, very knowledgable on both, very helpful and well priced compared to others. Wouldnt want to take them anywhere else, cheers lads
