Awful useless system in place. You phone dead on 8am to be told by automated voice lines are full call back later. My wife goes to surgery where 3 people working in reception doing nothing no one sitting there waiting to see doctor either. They tell her there are no more appointments available today but to go back the next day to try to get a phone call from doctor. You can never get through on the phone to get an appointment or even just speak to someone it's madness never known a surgery this bad absolutely shocking service should ashamed. Should be minus 5 stars rating

Absolutely disgraceful, waited on the phone for 45 minutes in the morning needed to get a an emergency check as I had Servite cancer last year. Got refused and told to call back in the morning like I had a cold and flu. Absolutely disgraceful with no further help.

Very poor service for my elderly mum. She had a water infection for months and through lack of being able to speak to anyone willing to listen, lack of her technical knowledge and over all shocking lack of ease to get an appointment spent Christmas in hospital on deaths door with a brain infection after having seizures and being unresponsive! They need to sort this urgently as I will be taking legal action for negligence against them if anything like this happens again!!!! Months on and still no better despite complaints and discussions with the practice manager. Mum has lived here for two years and despite several requests and hospitilisations she still has not seen a physical doctor. Today I have taken day off work to drive from Maidstone to travel to the surgery for 8 am in the hope of getting a telephone appt!!!
