Considering the staff don't get breaks and have to eat on the job and wait to use the loo etc I think they do an incredible job. I always get a lovely conversation during my transactions. Moody customers coming in huffing and puffing because they have to wait to be served or because they have turnt up at closing time, Between shop and post office staff have so much to deal with. I am always greeted with a smile and politeness even when you can see how crazy busy it is. I am always asked if there is anything else they can help with, and since the new manager it has been much better. She may be young but she's doing a fantastic job. Maybe people should cut them some slack or do a shift in there shoes and understand it from their perspective, alot of the time having to work alone covering all aspect even in busy periods. We'll done ladies and gents keep up the great work.

Totally agree with all the bad comments, service and politeness is non existent, always smoking out the front, not great when I go in there with my kids, come on head office do something

Awful service, the new manager is horrible! Worst customer service ever they dont know how to treat customers very moody all the time!! Tara was much better than the new manager by far definitely not going back to them. They have lost a customer!! They speak to you disgusting & the new manager looks far too young & very unprofessional!! If I could rate 0 stars I definitely would!
