        Customer service not great. Bought an ECU and loom package a while back, but had only recently installed it. Needed some support, which was good when I actually got to speak to people. However, nobody answers the phones and emails are often ignored. Feels as though sales are prioritised over all else.

        Wouldn't shop here ever again, product advertised as coming with instructions, none came. they don't answer the phone or respond to emails, very poor customer service!!
