One of the best aspects about this place are the members of staff. I am impressed by their levels of knowledge, enthusiasm and they answer questions properly.
The fish look as if people take the time to care about them and it is fascinating to watch them. I like the informative labels on the tanks and it is great just to look at the fish, such as the lovely puffer and the bichirs.
I do hope that the same members of staff shall continue to work at your next location. I cannot think of anything negative to say about them. I like to browse and at some other places, members of staff follow you around, asking you questions, which makes things slightly frustrating. Your members of staff are friendly and you can clearly see that they are genuinely enthusiastic. It is clear that they are passionate about what they do and they do excellent work.
