        Prompt responses to all queries, received my embossing press the same week of ordering. The actual press is robust and functions great.

        Awful, unhelpful customer service. Was sold the wrong branding iron and then charged extra for an adapter to make it work when i queried it. The branding iron broke very quickly and Phillip refused to help/fix/replace it, instead blaming me for having the wrong branding iron. To add insult Phillip never returned my branding iron so i couldn't have it fixed elsewhere either.
