        Break the rules. Despite their message below that apologises and all the usual meaningless drivel, they are still breaking the rules and drilling outside of the regulation hours. How can someone trust them to perform the necessary work when they are liars and don't know the rules? They don't answer calls about such disturbances either. Don't obey council rules on building times. Vik doesn't know them, so don't trust his work. Camden council are investigating them for breaches.
