        Not great service, wanted to send some parcels but needed an account and they were not interested in setting one up (business account). Went elsewhere in the end

        Tuffnells, what a poor company, delivered my floor for a transporter so not small, you cant call them as they dont pick up the phone, tracking info doesn't work. Giving 1 star because I cant give none. Absolute shambles. Said they had tried to deliver but hadn't CCTV fitted and they weren't on it, the tuffnells tracking info says its been delivered but hasn't, they cant prove they even tried. Said contact would be made to confirm delivery, they didnt. Finally 12 days later it turns up damaged. Shambles.....

        After getting through to tuffnells and speaking to the manager of customer services my query was dealt with quickly and efficiently . The delivery driver was very understanding and collected our goods for return to wickes.
