Joanna was quick to respond or my enquiry as I needed a quick appointment for a homebuyer report for a new house, she managed to contact the vendor within a few hours. Colin the actual surveyor was very accessible to answer questions, survey was very extensive and detailed. The report was easy to read clear and concise. Will recommend this company to anyone buying a house they are superb

Colin completed a survey for us on a property and found a hidden problem that would be very costly and disruptive to put right and much more if not addressed. Owner had not been forthcoming so thank goodness for the thorough survey that was completed as this would never have been found until it was causing problems. Very detailed report Could not recommend more.

Do not use! After using them once before I went back to them as they are local. Incompetent in taking down details and responding. Cancelled my booking which is on a tight schedule which they are aware of. Obviously picking and choosing what work to undertake whilst the market is heaving. They are by no means competitive which baffles me even more that they are so unprofessional. The response I got was that I hadn't responded. This was in response to my response??? Not the brightest sparks and if you're investing a large chunk of your good money you'd like to know the company advising you are actually able to pick out glaringly obvious signs such as an email. Or at least answer the phone. Don't use. They couldn't care less.
