Ive been with them for I think 6 years now. The practice management has declined rapidly over the past two/three years. My doctor is really good, but the inability of the admin staff to give you an appointment to actually see your doctor is staggering and really discouraging. Even if its for really sensitive issues youre just left to deal with it yourself for weeks. You have to argue at the phone to see your own doctor that youve seen for years. (If you dont pay attention to stress who you want to see they book you in with anyone without telling you.) You have to argue hard to even get an appointment the same week. They have this silly system in place these days, where they dont give out appointments for any later dates than the day after. And those available appointments for the same and the next day are ALWAYS already gone. Also, theres no notification when important blood results are back! I mean they could just book you in for a follow-up appointment automatically, if you are having tests done, but no, you go to the back of the queue fighting for follow-up appointments. Right now, Ive been trying since Monday to get an appointment, and have just been asked (on Wednesday) to call back a third time tomorrow. And youre better free to call them at 8 sharp, otherwise forget it! Its too stressful! Their entire system is simply too stressful.

The service provided by this GP has really declined since the pandemic. The receptionists are rude and dont listen to what the caller is asking, and even the doctors are now coming off as rude and impatient. First, I had an appointment at 17:50 with Dr Abirami Ratnakumar, and I was called at 14:11. A whole 3 and a half hours BEFORE it was scheduled. Im sorry, but do you guys think were free for the whole afternoon? Why arent appointments scheduled & carried out at the specified time? You are not the only ones with a busy schedule. Secondly, she was absolutely inconsiderate during the whole appointment. Her tone was condescending and she seemed uninterested in listening. I was repeatedly cut off while trying to explain my issues and side effects from medication, was asked well what do you want? when I tried to voice my concerns about the medication I was taking - and then she tried to prescribe me a medication I HAD ALREADY TAKEN PREVIOUSLY that didnt work for me. What kind of nonsense is this? Do these doctors not check the patient notes? She didnt even tell me the name of the medication she was so ready to prescribe for me until I asked her. Its so dangerous and disgusting, youre dealing with peoples lives & their health/well-being. These types of people shouldnt be in these professions if you cannot handle patient concerns and issues thoroughly. I felt worse after the appointment than ever. Never book an appointment with this doctor, I wouldnt recommend. Im so disappointed because Ive been with this GP for as long as I can remember, and its changed for the worse over the years. Do better. Edit: the reply I have received from the GP is incorrect. I did not have another appointment at all, much less with the same GP - why would I want to when she was so insulting? Nothing was rectified, and I still stand by what I said.

I called earlier today for multiple requests. Mr jemain at reception was very helpful and diligently addressed my request, he displayed a very high professional standards and shown high level of commitment to serve patients. I highly recommended Tudor Lodge Health centre for their professional and medical support to the wide range of diversity groups and communities with in their catchment area. BW......Ghazanfar shaikh
