        I have trained in many different gyms for BJJ and MMA and have been searching for the best learning environment for my 14 year old son to train in. The gym is clean, has no egos and a really great atmosphere. Black/Brown and Blue belts are all approachable and always take the time to help beginners with their technique. Dave is an excellent teacher with a teaching style that is externally easy to absorb. Techniques are always taught in a sequence and gel together nicely, making it easy to retain what is learnt in each class. The smallest of details are shown with every new technique. If you want a technical bjj game this is by far one of the best places to train in the UK !!!
