Recently allowed Andrea into our home for initial discussion ahead of cleaning - and had already agreed when cleaning was needed. During visit, alternative days were suggested by Andrea, which whilst not ideal, we could have accommodated. After chasing up, we were told they cannot accommodate us at all. No alternatives. Seems reliable cleaners dont exist!

Andrea was our agent and we had two cleaners during our 2 months with Tme for you. Andrea was really friendly and polite when it came to setting up our cleanign plan. We decided on a 3 hour weekly clean. The first week the cleaner came and didnt seem very interested, she cleaned half the house in 3 hours and told my partner that she would only be doing this until she starts her job as a healthcare assistant. She was just waiting on some exam results. The second week she didnt turn up at all as she was "sick". The following week we were given another cleaner, and the first week started well. Much more experienced and did a great job. The second week she wanted to work at 9am rather than the 13:00 we agreed. Andrea text in advance but made this sound like a one off. The next week the doorbell went at 8:50 and the cleaner was ready to start again at 9am. This was a bit of a surpise as Andrea had not communicated once that this was the new regular time. A bit frustrating as the house was a tip and i wanted to pick things up and tidy back before the cleaner arrived. Andrea suggested that myself and the cleaner swap numbers. This was a bit of a suprise as we pay Time for you to manage the cleaner. It shouldnt be for me, the client to be liaising with the cleaner. At this stage you start to wonder if theres any point in having Andrea there. Two weeks later I recieve another text from Andrea. "The cleaner is unwell and can not make this week, however she is also finding the journey to your home too difficult." She offered me a refund for the rest of the quater or the option of a new cleaner I asked for a new cleaner as i'm very busy and dont want to be looking again for a new firm. Andrea basically ignored this request and asked me for my bank details. I would avoid using Time for you, you may as well find an independant cleaner than pay for this management company. Supposedly they have screened their cleaners but so far we have had a cleaner who didnt want to clean and a cleaner who doesnt want to travel to our location. Very frustrating.
