Fitter Windows: Double Glazing Dartford & Kent

Terrible product, bad service, incompetent people. We ordered windows 2 years ago which, once arrived, noticed really bad quality. Dreadful installation. After over a year of back and forth emails and phone calls they still cannot send the right gasket for the bifold door, leaving my house with draft coming through and high energy bills. Lying and incompetent group of people. DO NOT USE!!!

They seem happy to Risk Health and Safety and Fire Regulations. Their installation at our home is a Fire hazard as per their advice and they still are not able to resolve the issue I am a new mum with a 4 month old at home. Fitter installed our windows and entrance door in December. After the installation of the door, we started to see issues with the installation. the door would jam shut and we would need 2 people to pull a few jerks to open it. Last week, I had to pull my husband out of a meeting to ask him to help me open the house door so I could leave to take the infant out. We have been in touch with them for over 1.5 months to have this issue resolved and have not been able to. I shudder to think what would happen in the event of a fire where I am alone at home with an infant and would need to leave in an emergency. PLEASE BE AWARE

Excellent throughout from sales to fitting. During the sales meeting it was nice to have an adult conversation about windows and doors looking at brochures and thinking about what would work best for us, rather than the high pressure experience which we got elsewhere. The fitting itself was always going to present challenges. We ordered 6 windows and a front door with window surround. 5 of the windows were upstairs - 2 were bays (with integrated surrounds), 2 were in a Bathroom (tiled right up to the windows), and 1 was over a glass room where a slip could have spelt disaster. All the windows were fitted perfectly with zero fuss, no accidents of any kind, rendering was made good and the site was tidied thoroughly on completion. They also put the curtain tracks back on the bay windows with re-enforced fittings. We are thrilled with the results and I could not fault the service from this company at any level.

Please pass on my thanks to Max and Jamie who did a sterling job. The workmen were helpful and professional. My windows are in, the house is warm and the noise from the street is virtually non existent. Great value for money which I would recommend
